What data we collect, why, for how long, and your rights.

Globalyvo collects as little data as possible, only to reply to you and deliver what you asked for. We never sell or rent your data.

Your choices

Your consent. Where it is needed, it is asked for before any collection, through a box that is never pre-ticked, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Offers and news. We only send you offers by e-mail or WhatsApp if you have agreed to it. Every message lets you unsubscribe in one click or by replying “STOP”.

Photos and videos. Photos taken during a course, a shoot or an on-site job are only published with the written consent of recognisable people. For a minor, consent comes from their parents or school.

Minors. Courses and workshops for pupils are organised with their school; we do not collect a minor's data directly without their parents' consent.

Our technical providers

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and e-mail routing.
  • Google: e-mail (Gmail, Google Workspace) and working documents.
  • Meta: WhatsApp Business, for conversations you start on that channel.

These providers may store data outside Cameroon. Law no. 2024/017 subjects such transfers to prior authorisation by the Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP) and to at least an equivalent level of protection in the receiving country (Droit Medias Finance). Globalyvo completes these formalities and relies on these providers' contractual security commitments.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it (right to be forgotten), or object to its use, in particular for marketing, by writing to contact@globalyvo.com. We reply within one month at most. You can also contact the Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP), created by law no. 2024/017 (Digital Business Africa).

Security and cookies

Security. Accounts protected by two-factor authentication, a password manager, access limited to those who need it, encrypted connections. In the event of a data breach, we inform the authority and the people concerned as the law requires.

Cookies. The site uses no advertising cookies and no commercial tracking. Fonts are hosted with the site, with no call to a third-party service.

Contact form

Below the check-up form, you tick this box before preparing your message:

I agree that Globalyvo may use this information to reply to me and send me a quote. It is kept for 3 years at most, and I can ask for it to be deleted at contact@globalyvo.com.

The form sends nothing by itself: it prepares a message that you send yourself by WhatsApp or e-mail.

Updates. This policy may change; the date of the latest version is shown below. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
